2. The Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

If payment is not received by the due date, JPH Weddings reserves the right to cancel the booking.

3. Rescheduling
If you need to change your wedding date, one transfer of the booking fee may be permitted subject to availability and reasonable notice.
If JPH Weddings is unavailable for the new date, the original booking fee remains non-refundable.
Additional reschedules may require a new booking fee.

4. Cancellation
If the client cancels the booking, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

If cancellation takes place within 14 days of the wedding date, the remaining balance may still become payable due to the short notice and loss of booking opportunity.

5. Coverage & Photography Style
JPH Weddings provides relaxed, natural wedding photography and video coverage in a documentary style. While every effort is made to capture important moments throughout the day, no specific image, pose, guest, or moment can be guaranteed.
Clients are booking JPH Weddings based on the style, editing approach, and portfolio shown on the website and social media. Final editing decisions remain at the discretion of JPH Weddings.

8. Online Gallery & Image Storage
Final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery.

Clients are encouraged to download and back up all images upon delivery.

JPH Weddings will make reasonable efforts to store images after delivery but cannot guarantee indefinite archiving.

9. Copyright & Image Usage
JPH Weddings retains full copyright of all photographs and video footage.
Clients receive personal-use rights for printing, sharing, and downloading images.
Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Promotional Use

JPH Weddings may use photographs and video clips from the wedding for: 

Website portfolio

Social media

Marketing materials

Advertising

Blog posts

If clients would prefer their images not to be used publicly, this must be requested in writing before the wedding date.

11. Client Cooperation
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Guests behave respectfully
Venues permit photography/video where required
Timings are communicated clearly
Important group photographs are requested where necessary
JPH Weddings cannot be held responsible for missed photographs due to lateness, restricted venue rules, guest interference, or lack of cooperation.

12. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstance

JPH Weddings cannot control weather conditions, venue restrictions, lighting conditions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Every effort will be made to adapt creatively and professionally to any situation.

13. Photographer Illness or Emergency
In the unlikely event of serious illness, injury, emergency, or circumstances beyond control preventing attendance, JPH Weddings will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement photographer.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
This refund represents the maximum liability of JPH Weddings.

14. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable care is taken with digital files, equipment, and backups, in the unlikely event of technical failure, loss, corruption, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

15. Agreement
By paying the booking fee, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
